My sister and I went to this Enterprise location on September 5th to pick up a reservation at 5:45 PM, just before their 6 PM closing time. After completing the paperwork, I was told my debit card wouldn’t be accepted and that I needed a major credit card. I then presented my newly issued Capital One credit card, which I’ve used before without any issues. I love this location. I generally have positive experiences with Enterprise, but I especially like this location for the staff & service.
When I got the car, there were dents in the driver’s side door and I pointed it out and the worker told me not to worry about. When I dropped it off the worker assured me not to worry about it, again. I, then, received an accident report email with detail of interactions that did not occur. When I called to talk about it, the person over the phone couldn’t talk at that time and said someone would call me back, but no one did.
