I love this location. I generally have positive experiences with Enterprise, but I especially like this location for the staff & service.
When I got the car, there were dents in the driver’s side door and I pointed it out and the worker told me not to worry about. When I dropped it off the worker assured me not to worry about it, again. I, then, received an accident report email with detail of interactions that did not occur. When I called to talk about it, the person over the phone couldn’t talk at that time and said someone would call me back, but no one did. Service was fantastic and was extremely please with the rental. Highly recommend
We had a confirmed reservation for a minivan—key for our upcoming trip with family. When we showed up just a few hours before departure, we were told they didn’t have one available. No phone call, no email, no heads-up. Just a shrug and an offer for sedan, which doesn’t meet our needs at all. The staff were unapologetic and made excuses instead of offering real solutions. Completely unprofessional and unaccommodating. We won’t be renting from Enterprise again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
