The absolute best customer service of any car rental place I’ve rented from. Personable and professional staff. They go above and beyond for their customers! On Saturday morning my van got a flat tire. I called the Wilmington office and they helped me immensely. Connected me to customer service which allowed me to get a tow and a new vehicle from another Enterprise branch a mile from where I was staying.
