Renting was easy. I was easily able to get a comparable vehicle to my daily driver without any hassle. I was actually happy to see that there were some slight cosmetic damages to the vehicle as that made it easier for me to drive without worrying about someone else damaging the vehicle I was responsible for. My only complaint would be the cost, but I fear it would be no less expensive anywhere else.
I recently rented from Enterprise in Wilmington, Ma. I worked directly with Zach and Keegan. I cannot express enough how AWESOME they were. They took care of everything so I never had to worry about anything. I will definitely go through them for any rental needs I have in the future
Nobody answers the phone.
The team at Enterprise Wilmington MA were excellent. I was shaken after my accident and they dealt with the insurance issues and got me calmed and into a rental quickly. They picked me up from home and picked up the rental at the body shop. Great service. Thanks guys.
