Although I had a rental reserved, I was not able to rent the car due to my credit card service not being accepted at the location. Though the woman up front was very helpful in figuring out the issue as well as offering a ride as courtesy to the closest bus stop. A gentleman drove me over immediately afterwards. Grateful for the kind service!

I have been renting from the Brockville Enterprise Car location for 9 years. I am always impressed with the quality of the vehicles, and especially with friendly , efficient service of ALL their employees.
I have rented here a few times and always had a positive experience. In fact the last time I rented it had been 6 months since I was in and the staff remembered my last rental and the event I rented for. It was far and above the expectation I had when I went in to rent. Staff is amazing, prices are great and vehicle selection is always top notch.
We enjoyed the ease of rental, the competitive pricing and the professionalism of the staff members.
