Not worth your valuable time! Lower your expectations of Enterprise at this locetion. Vehicles not available as scheduled, no or poor customer service when you actually need it, despite overly repeated texts claiming excellent customer service. It only takes one really bad experience to ruin the loyalty I once had for this location. This place is always busy! When a person calls its a calls center Not the location. So for the Best service, please go in person to make your reservation or you may be mad!
Sent me out in a rental that had ZERO oil in it and no oil cap everytime you call this place nobody answers no matter how many times you call and then they keep your deposit ans try n charge you 156 a WEEK after dropping off the rental that was covered under credit for having no oil! Get it together or get rid of your employees
Very Disappointing Service I had a car booked for 2 PM on July 2nd and called ahead to inform David I’d be arriving around 4 PM due to a delay. Despite this, when I arrived he refused to hand over the car. I understood and made a new booking for 5 PM instead. When I returned at 5 PM, he refused again without any clear reason, and became confrontational — even threatening to call the cops, though I hadn’t said anything rude or raised my voice.
