Tyler helped get me and my 4 kids in a safe, reliable vehicle while mine was being fixed due to a car accident. The process was smooth and they even brought the rental to me at the repair shop. This was so helpful to me because I had my children with me and I needed to transfer 3 car seats into the rental. We will continue to use enterprise for our future needs.
Got a rental car through insurance while my van was being fixed. Parson's recommended them as a company they worked with and I am glad I went with the recommendation. Jose was wonderful to work with. The body shop and him coordinated picking me up to get my rental and the car worked out great. They all made the process very easy and hassle free.
I arrived for a reservation and found a bit of chaos -- a lobby full of customers and no cars. Apparently, the Nissan and Hyundai recalls hit hard and they had a lot full of recalled cars. I will say, they were professional and efficient about clearing the chaos. Staff offered coffee, asked if anyone was flexible with their choice of car (Customers came together and it was like, "Give her the Jetta, she's got a meeting to get to") and I was out of there way faster than anticipated, with a great car. I ordered a SUV over a week ago. I confirmed a few days ago. I pre-checked in yesterday. I have been waiting over an hour for my car. While I waited here I saw my car given to someone else and now I wait for them to “find” a car for me.
