If I could give a zero I would. I rented a van weeks in advance for a family vacation. On my way to pick it up (the day before we were supposed to leave) I received a call stating they do not have a van for me, but would try to find an alternative. When I arrived, I was told there is nothing they would do to help me and I just had to figure it out myself. The only thing they could do was offer me a 5 passenger vehicle for my 6 passengers. Please don’t let people reserve if you don’t have the car. I can reserve some where else if you don’t let me reserve that. This is not the way to do business.
This was the quickest and easiest to rent a car. I was there for 5 minutes and had my rental. The staff is super amazing and goes beyond. The first car had a slow leak in the tire but they switched me to another no issues. I highly recommend enterprise at this location. They have my business
Staff was wonderful attended to my every need. Especially Colt and Jacob. Would never go anywhere else
