10/10 great team wouldn’t think of going anywhere else especially after my encounter with the Beloit location 👎
Absolutely awful experience. They were supposed to call my wife at noon, never called. 3hrs later she's on hold for 45min. Then after she drops her car off at the shop, which is only 3mi away from the Enterprise location, it takes them 25min to pick her up! Terrible, awful experience and they need to do better and its not even close
Wonderful service, very nice people to work with. Our car was clean and everything ran well.
This place doesnt deserve even a one star rating They are the messiest business in Rockford, they will promise you a car then tell they dont have it when you come in and waste days of your time Go find a different rental place, this place is trash and the office is nasty too
