Service was phenomenal, and staff goes above and beyond getting you sorted. This is the 2nd time renting from enterprise period, both from the same place, and I'll absolutely be returning for more 5 star treatment. Wish my location had a few more car choices, but I honestly understand and had ample choice for comfort as is, just wanna see some cooler cars maybe lol
My wife reserved a vehicle online. It was easy to find. Staff was friendly. While she was inside finishing upbwithbpaper work amd paying they had pulled the car in and went through it and washed it quick. Went over the car with her before she left. Quick service. She was in and out in about 15 min. The pricing wasn't bad either.
Received misinformation from this location. My wife and I had planned a NYC and Niagara Falls trip over a month in advance. When we last spoke with a live person at this location. They told us a hold would be required on a Credit/Debit card. I asked for clarification if a Debit card would be accepted. I was told yes. Come the day of the reservation we were not able to use the Debit card that we were previously informed of and was required to present a credit card as we have an Indiana driver's license. Ryan was very helpful as was another employee that I didn’t catch the name of! I believe he has blonde hair. They answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable in the car I got! It was my first time needing a rental car and they didn’t make me feel silly about some of the questions I had regarding my insurance either!
Great experience with Enterprise - the pick up and return staff were very helpful, pleasant to deal with and friendly. Definitely will rent from Enterprise again!
