My wife reserved a vehicle online. It was easy to find. Staff was friendly. While she was inside finishing upbwithbpaper work amd paying they had pulled the car in and went through it and washed it quick. Went over the car with her before she left. Quick service. She was in and out in about 15 min. The pricing wasn't bad either.
Ryan was very helpful as was another employee that I didn’t catch the name of! I believe he has blonde hair. They answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable in the car I got! It was my first time needing a rental car and they didn’t make me feel silly about some of the questions I had regarding my insurance either!
I found myself in need of a rental and Ryan at the Brockport NY office helped me out. Excellent customer service! The rental was very nice, clean, roomy, and handled well. I will definitely go back if the need arises. Thank you!
This Brockport location is very dirty. Looks like they haven't vacuumed in weeks. The agent behind the desk was very sloppy wearing sweat pants &,sweat shirts. Completely unprofessional. I came in from out of town to exchange a vehicle approved & verified though my insurance with this location and he basically said dont see ut can't help you. Didn't try to do anything else, was resistant to verify or help. This place, compared to other locations which I have been to, sucks
Very nice rental car. Cheap on gas. Ryan G. at the Brockport location was so nice and made my experience so easy.
