Made a reservation for my parents and the reservation was for a standard car and they gave them a midsize but the car was really falling under a compact car. They made us confirm the time of the pickup and when they picked it up the car wasn’t ready they had to clean it out because it was just brought from another enterprise. Excellent service and very friendly. My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed a loaner. The Enterprise team in Brockport took care of me and kept in contact with me through the process. Amazing experience with no issues. I highly recommend Enterprise in Brockport.
Great service and a great experience. It was my first time renting a vehicle and it couldn't have been any easier. Don't know if everywhere operates the same but the Brockport branch is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, highly recommended.
Very easy to make a reservation online. Brockport staff made sure they had the right type of vehicle I needed and requested. Check in was very easy. Dropping it back off was also very easy. Best prices around too.
I had rented a car from the brockport location for business travel. The car was filthy and disgusting. The battery died and needed replaced while at my destination and enterprise did not offer a solution conducive with my travel schedule. I had to use my personal AAA account to get the car running.
