My husband was in a deer accident and needed a car rental. The Enterprise team at Brockport went out of their way to help him find a car quickly. They also called us back when they had other cars available that he would be more comfortable knowing he would be in it for weeks. Ellis, the branch manager, was extremely helpful and kind. When we had our accident it was a very upsetting time,but when we went to Enterprise to pick up the rental they were so understanding and helped so much it was my first experience with a rental and they made it very easy and stress free!! No hassle no waiting, they made our stress go away while we waited for our other vehicle to get fixed. I loved the rental we had. I was sad to return it 😆!!! Thank you again! I received efficient, attentive, and friendly service. It was beneficial that they could pick me up and bring me home since I didn't have a way to get there. I recommend Enterprise, and these awesome gentlemen who serviced me with excellence for my rental car need.
The gentleman were very knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and took the time if I had any questions. The car was great . They followed up the next day with an email and a phone call detailing the final charges which I definitely appreciate. It was fantastic they have a location in Brockport so we didn't have to go all the way to the airport or Greece and have to mess around with all the traffic. Will definitely use this location again.
I rented a Toyota Camry from Enterprise while my Jeep was in the shop getting fixed from a car accident. Austin was great and helped me with all of my needs and also gave me his expertise on options while deciding what was best for me. Highly Recommend!
