The customer service should be kind and better if they communicated more directly and let customers know how much they'll pay when they get there. Update your equipment so you can use the same credit card more than once a day. In case someone needs to transfer money from savings to checking or go to the bank and put money in their account.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. Way to go, Ed. Never been treated with such complete disregard. You could not have been more rude if you tried. Will never ever use Enterprise, National or Alamo, again. Will be walking this week thanks to you (as if you actually cared).
