If I could them 0 stars I would. Booked a car yesterday online because we have to drive from Arizona back home to South Carolina. Everything was good and they said we “got the car” all the sudden the day we are supposed to leave and pick up the car they call us and say “actually we have no cars, dont know when we will, we will call when we do.” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Now we are having to drive all the way to Tucson to get a car. You guys SUCK!!

I had the worst experience with this car rental place and I will never go back. I will travel to a whole other city before coming here. Brenda is extremely rude and disrespectful and difficult for absolutely no reason! She literally made me cry while I was at work with how rude she was. All over miscommunication and confusion from the ford dealership next door. I did email her manager about my situation twice and never heard back. This was the Thatcher Az location
