Booked a vehicle with enterprise..was approved and confirmed not 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the confirmed rental I was canceled after already confirmed and arranged the representative at freedom Ford was rude unprofessional and stated there's nothing to discuss when I asked the details and reasons..was told a major credit card to hold the deposit was the issue..but does that make any sense im giving cash deposit on a major bank debit card from chase bank that's paid right now mot on a credit basis they mislead ... read more

Walked in and was told there weren't any cars available and to try tomorrow. She didn't check anything I just got blown off. I called corporate because I checked online before I came. They confirmed they did have cars available so I made a reservation and went back in. All of a sudden they were being cleaned and I could get it in a few hours and they did have cars available.
