I rented from Enterprise Thatcher today and it was super fast and easy. Lucinda was great, had everything ready so I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely rent from them again and you should too. Ask for Lucinda.
This place SUCKS! Avoid if you can. Rental provider for Cadillac Thousand Oaks. Rented a vehicle, the last person that rented the vehicle smoked marijuana in it. Explained to the counter person, they told me it was cleaned and it was fine. Explained that I do not want to be subject to that odor for the duration of the rental. They told me to give them an hour to see what else they can get. Got a replacement, but upon returning they charged me $400 for the gas.
