made reservations for a car weeks in advance. the day of i called to see about being picked up only to find out they didn't have a car for me and they would call other branches to find one 3 hours later when I should have been leaving for my trip I called them and they said they were still looking. i made 1 phone call to a branch in 1 city over and they had a car for me! I never did get a call back from the athens store.
Rented vehicle that had a citation from a previous rental and Enterprise took $532 from my account to pay the citation. I filed a dispute yet I still have to wait 7-10 business days before I’m refunded even though it took them less than 72 hours to make an invalid charge to my account. All they are offering is a Sorry for the inconvenience even though I may incur other fees as a result of them making an invalid charge to my account.
