I’ve been renting from enterprise for YEARS and I rent pretty often. Normally I have a pretty good experience. This is the second time I have been overcharged by them when returning my rental. I tried calling this morning about the overcharge and sat on hold for over 40minutes, apparently no one is working in the office early. I'm happy to update my review like I said I would. I had to go through the call center and higher resources but I did end up getting back my full deposit, plus reimbursed for today, whereas I returned the car yesterday. Overall it was a good experience. Customer service is good, not as transparent as they should be about extra charges being optional versus required. I reserved a full size truck from Barnstable airport in mass to take my crew home to Maine for a week off before we start back in on Nantucket Island building another building. I get off plane, she hands me the keys and tells me with spot the truck is in. We walk out and it’s a tiny Toyota Tacoma. (I googled it and a Tacoma is considered mid-size.
