Rented a truck for my trip 2 weeks prior. Show up in Alexandra to pick it up. NOPE .. NO TRUCK! Says he called me... nope.. no I'm left for me. No text or email saying They didn't have my truck!!. He called St. Cloud to see if there was any truck any where for me. Nope! Too bad so sad. Guy was a doche bag and blamed me for not answering my phone!? I will NEVER EVER even consider renting at an Enterprise in Alexandra or anywhere! Customer Service is non existent!
