Terrible hours and customer service is very poor

Enterprise is the best 🤞
I rented a vehicle from them for a trip I was to take, well in advance, recieved a confirmation and everything. A week and a half before the trip they call to tell me they over sold themselves and not only do they not have my vehicle, they have no other options for me. End of phone call. They canceled my reservation. I found another option out of another Enterprise center but I had to drive 2 hours to get it.
