Everyone was great to work with and very professional.
Unfortunately, I have to rewrite my review after a pretty disappointing experience. I made a reservation that was confirmed through Enterprise’s call center, even though I originally dialed the local Alexandria, MN office. You’d assume a confirmed reservation means a car will actually be there. Apparently not. When I arrived, the associate acted surprised I even showed up, let alone expected a rental from a rental company.
