Jill, the receptionist, has a horrible attitude with the customers and belittled my dad when in fact she had no clue how long we had been in the office. Will never rent anything from them again and I have been a long time customer! Go else where, don't waste your time with this company!
I recently rented a mid-size mini van to take a quick day trip down to Dublin, Ohio to celebrate my grandson's turning 2 yrs. old. When I called the Bowling Green Branch, I was treated respectfully and their rates were very fair! They explain everything to you about all the options and they even came out to pick me up which was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Enterprise and plan on using them again.....Jeanette Stein
