Everything is great-rates, amount of deposit, rental car types-except for one problem. I made a reservation for 1 pm on a Friday. When I called for a pickup at 12:30 pm, no one was available to pick me up until 1:30 or later. I had carefully planned so that I would have "wiggle room" in case the traffic was bad on the way to the appointment. The customer service here is wonderful the staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only disappointment is we received the vehicle with less than half a tank of gas.
