RecommendedI rented a vehicle couple weeks ago. the employee was friendly and vehicle was perfect. It was actually a free upgrade since they didn't have an economy car so no complaints there. The only thing I wish they would change is being available on weekends or having after hours drop off. I rented it a Friday morning, only needed it one day. Had to rent it for 3 days for nothing. Two extra unnecessary days I had to pay for.
Horrible!! Isn't car rental service part of the travel industry? so why can't people rent cars with an out of state license? ridiculous! What a joke company!
RecommendedSince May I have rented a car from the Duncan, OK Enterprise, probably on a monthly basis. I have had friendly and courteous customer service. The cars are clean and well maintained. Overall I have been very pleased with the service I was provided.
Carrie at the Duncan Enterprise was absolutely fantastic and put us in a very nice car. We will be back very soon!!
