They didn't update my information and I didn't receive notification for a traffic ticket. Than the ticket was sent to collections, I offered to pay it to have it removed. The collection company was so rude and spiteful they refused. I took a 120 point hit on my credit score. I'm looking for others who would like to sue. Response to owner I have started the process with my lawyer already. We are just gathering contact information of people who will be served. Your organization is flawed
