I entered into a six-month rental agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and unfortunately, the company has failed to honor the terms of that contract. Hi, my son rented a car from them. rental agreement was fix monthly cost with no miles limit or charge, but after returning the car, they used his credit card and charged him 3,733.29 $ for miles. They are not returning his requests and not refunding the extra wrong charge for the miles. Terrible attitude, no communication, and no refund ! Will never do business with them again !
