How are you going to service 24/7 customers when you’re closed on Sunday?
Enterprise fleet is a joke. Anytime I've had to get approval it's taken hours. Same as roadside assistance. One time I had a tire blowout. They denied fixing it because they wanted to do an oil change and the tire place didn't do oil changes. They made me take it somewhere that did. A COMPLETE JOKE. YOUR BETTER OFF SERVICING YOUR OWN FLEETS.
Watch the monthly fees! Way too many fees with this fleet platform and once you are in you are stuck. STAY AWAY! They are far too expensive and restrictive and inflexible. Be very careful what you sign. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Not worth it! I've been trying to get out for months and it's virtually impossible. I wish I never agreed to try this for our Fleet of cargo vans.
