We have been doing business with Enterprise Fleet Management since 1999. We have been relatively happy until the last 3 years where we noticed that the service has nose dived. They won't return phone calls and there seems to be nobody in charge. I would caution you to do business with them. They are unresponsive, unreliable and overall poor customer service!
