They helped me with a transaction/service that most banks have discontinued. Thank you. Minus one star for no ATM.
I have never experienced this level of incompetence in my life. Downhill after they switched from Enterprise. Staff isn’t knowledgeable, paying off loans is a nightmare, watch your bank statements to ensure your auto payments actually come out so you don’t get a surprise repo. There are credit unions with better rates with people who can actually help you.
I’ve had nothing but issues after the merge. My truck payment has been late 2 times now because the payment will not come out. I physically go into the bank to talk to someone because “Luna” is no help.
Is your drive thru open yet?
Since the merger I haven't been able to get a hold of a member. They always want to transfer to "Luna". I want an actual person.
