Since the merger I haven't been able to get a hold of a member. They always want to transfer to "Luna". I want an actual person.
Poor at transitioning acquired customers from Enterprise Credit Union. Misinformation multiple times and poor attitude via phone and email.
Horrible place to bank! The lines are slow! They do not have a physical atm at and also lost my deposit for weeks I had to call multiple times off a mistake they made. I will never bank here again ! Be aware !
This place is ran very very very poorly. Favors are done for favorites! Management picks and chooses if they should charge or reverse your fees. This is a relationship bank. If they don't like you you won't get the best rates, services or even a fee reversed. The loan office Sheri picks and chooses who she wants to give loans too as well. This place is corrupt. Very shady business and you would know unless you had an experience. Please be aware of hidden fees poor customer service and basis services. BE AWARE
I have two car loans with Enterprise Credit Union and had a great experience both times! They have fantastic rates, Sheri is fantastic to work with, and best of all, they treat me like a true member-owner! My other credit union has disappointed me recently because they are acting more like a bank - and I appreciate that Enterprise retains the credit union philosophy of working with me as a unique member! Thank you!
