I’ve been with this credit union/bank for a few months now and honestly it’s the best bank I’ve used so far. I can always go up to this location and be respectfully greeted with a smile which means a lot. I also like the fact that questions asked are always answered and if not able to be answered right away they will reach out and get my questions or problems solved or answered. I’ve recruited multiple people to join this bank
Out of town guests - DO NOT COME TO THIS CREDIT UNION!!! All I wanted to do was deposit cash into my other account. That's it. Credit unions are known for being able to move money between them. I just wanted to deposit money. I am from the state of Michigan. I'm only here in Wisconsin for a few days, but I still need to take care of home. Yesterday I came into your office to care for some business transactions for my business, Golden Gate Landscaping. Ebony was at the counter to help me..She was very pleasant, professional and great to work with. Besides the cash withdrawal, Ebony updated me on use of Enterprise checks...Great information. Hands down the worst experience I have had. This used to be Enterprise Credit Union and had no issues, great experience. They merged with Credit Union 1 and claimed I did not have insurance, I have always had insurance. They made no attempt to reach out to ask for proof of insurance and charged over $3,000 onto my loan. I called and verified my insurance, uploaded documents, did the whole song and dance, was transferred to their insurance company who hung up on me after waiting to receive verification of insurance to remove ... read more
I have been with Enterprise CU for quite some time...The conversion to CU1, went well...Always a chance of some growing pains..The staff is very professional. Yesterday, I had multiple account transactions. Anna Stallworth took care of my business. She was excellent!.Very friendly, with a smile and professional.
