I have been with Enterprise CU for quite some time...The conversion to CU1, went well...Always a chance of some growing pains..The staff is very professional. Yesterday, I had multiple account transactions. Anna Stallworth took care of my business. She was excellent!.Very friendly, with a smile and professional. I have never experienced this level of incompetence in my life. Downhill after they switched from Enterprise. Staff isn’t knowledgeable, paying off loans is a nightmare, watch your bank statements to ensure your auto payments actually come out so you don’t get a surprise repo. There are credit unions with better rates with people who can actually help you.
I’ve had nothing but issues after the merge. My truck payment has been late 2 times now because the payment will not come out. I physically go into the bank to talk to someone because “Luna” is no help.
