Die Vermietung an sich war sehr nett. Ging schnell, Auto okay. Rückgabe in London Stansted problemlos- Kaution gab es zurück. 6 Wochen später wurde auf einmal Geld von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und ein Schaden erfunden (der Schlüssel fehlt angeblich- vermutlich steht das Auto immer noch da, wo wir ihn abgegeben haben...) absolute Frechheit - Betrugsmasche! I would’ve given 5 out of 5 for the staff however now four out of five due to a significant issues with IT and here are the three main issues: 1. Just before-70minutes , received an email with the wrong location and wrong start and end times- very odd so had to call them. Turns out it’s an automated message but very confusing. 2. Emails to confirm pick up did not come through and had to be resent- delayed my departure from the location. 3. Flawless experience from start to finish. I booked a car for via the website for the same day, after the other rental agency that I plan to no longer do business with and which I have prebooked with, informed me on the day of my trip that no cars available. I ended up having a higher catagory car with Enterprise with less price. To top it off, I received an immediate email from the branch to confirm my preferences and whether I'd be happy to driver a slightly larger car. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful after a mixup with our reservation that was corporate's fault, not theirs. We had to wait a long while due to the issue, and it would have been nice if they'd had a cleaner bathroom that was in working order.
