Be aware that they will charge you 100% the amount of fine that you will get. I personally rented a car from them, took a fine of £35 .. and they charged me £35 as administration fees. Which is not acceptable at all!!!!
Very good car I really loved it the service was second to none the staff were polite and professional great service joined the car club now and even the service I received from them was great thank you
We recently hired 2 cars for 2 x 2 week periods from 2 different Enterprise Car Hire depots, whilst on holiday in the UK. The level of service we received for the 2nd car hired, from the Brighton, New England St depot was excellent. Both the Manager, Kane Woods & his assistant James Mahoney were friendly, helpful & demonstrated all aspects of the car thoroughly. Provided my wife a car that has a slow puncture and has left her to pay for a repair or replacement. The enterprise vehicle was hit a few days after initially reviewing and despite there being a witness, the police weren't able to take further action. We provided all details on return of the vehicle and paid the excess required but Enterprise has been continually badgering my wife for more information relating to the incident and has threatened her with liability for full damages if information is witheld. Negative experience. We rented the car for just one day, opting for a 2-seater because we needed to navigate small villages, but it wasn't available. We got a flat tire and were stranded on the road. We called Enterprise because there was no spare tire, repair kit, or even a warning triangle in the car. They told us that none of these things are used in England, which goes against road regulations.
