I came into the bank lobby this morning to make a mostly coin deposit this morning. I went up to Carla Jenneman's window. She counted all of the coin cheerfully and made my deposit for me. While I was waiting to speak with the manager I saw Carla and she asked me to come over. She was in the process of counting her drawer down because she thought that a quarter was in the counter slot wrong and didn't get counted. We do annual holiday cards for our staff, and before I could reach out to Enterprise to set this up Nekaisha S. called me to start the process. When I came to pick them up, she had them packaged and ready to go. I always get great service going on 5 years of being a business customer. They provide excellent customer service! Nekaisha is definitely an asset to Enterprise Bank and Trust!

horrible customer service, supervisors really have no authority to help with anything, and managers do not return calls, they hold deposits and don't let you know until you receive a letter the day before they release it and charge you overdraft fees while they hold your money, they won't use your phone number or email to help you only to help them awful been there for over 22 years and it use to be a good local bank now they are awful bank anywhere but here!
I do all my bank deposits at the Overland Park location and all the tellers are very helpful and courteous with whatever I am needing whenever I come do my business in the drive thru and all of them are very friendly and make my day just talking for a few minutes while they are getting my deposit done! All the people that work there are exceptional! Very kind,courteous,and easy to do business with. I could not ask for better service. My teller today was Tamara and she told me about a program I could use if I use my ATM card. Very nice of her. I have dealt with another teller named Rita who is above and beyond in all aspects of what I need. Great bank.
