A bit of advice, if you don't have the staff to answer the phone for over an hour on 3 separate occasions, providing the client with the option to recieve a call back would lead to far fewer bad reviews about your horrible telephone service.

An absolutely terribly long wait time had to call multiple times and then told cannot accommodate simple services such as a notary
The location is so calm and peaceful. Amazing customer service they also offer some candies sometimes.
Horrible telephone service, was finally transferred to the branch on Main. The doors are still locked so you have to call the number on the sign. Nice and cooperative once you actually get an agent on the phone. I gave them two stars because of the very long wait time. ATM always out of order.
