While customer service is excellent, the bank has changed its ATM to one that no longer accepts deposits - one must go to the drive-thru teller window since the bank has not bothered to re-open its doors after the COVID quarantine ended, and the drive-thru window, unlike an ATM, has limited banking hours including being closed on weekends & evenings - my ability to make my habitual deposits has been inconveniently impacted - isn't a major purpose of any bank to have its account holders give said bank their money?
