Looked at doing investment properties with proof of cash liquidity to fund entire project. Potentially 10 mortgages with this bank over the next 3-5 years. Originally found Enterprise bank when looking to branch out to see if another bank can have competitive rates vs my normal big bank. Best bank in Omaha hands down! They have very personalized service unlike other banks and they are very easy to work with. I've been there over 20 years!
Tellers gave extremely poor customer service at 4:30 PM. I guess it was too late in the day tohelp a customer.
