Opened business account. Called ahead, and banker made it sound simple. Bring ID, EIN from IRS and they looked up our certificate of good standing with the state in advance. Got to branch and after over an hour, signed several documents. Couple hours later got call "forgot to have you sign a paper". Had to drive back to sign a piece of paper. Buyer beware! I am a business broker here in NH and I have never in my career seen such a mismanaged deal. It is worth mentioning that my buyer has perfect credit, putting 20% down, and was putting up more collateral value than the entire sales price of the deal. Enterprise not only drags their feet, they ask the broker to do their job and research the life expectancy of equipment.
