I’ve been banking with them for almost 5 years now. When they were at the old location I loved it. They were all kind and things were smooth. Over the last couple years their online banking became very shotty. It’s hot or miss whether it’s gonna work on any given day. Also had a wallet stolen at one point and I won’t point fingers but one of the employees was very rude about the new cards. Manager was very apologetic after I called corporate and submitted a claim.
