I initially had a nice lady help me with setting up an account for checking and savings. But out of fear of my check being fraudulent, they had declined the process in the end. Though I thought this could happen seeing it was a big check (at least for me). But the person to tell me this (maybe someone higher up) kept asking me questions regarding my work place and my address. She even said "the checks not even that big i don't see why you wouldn't be able to cash it elsewhere." She said there were a buncha red flags. But it ... read more

I like how they took their time to explain the processes and address my needs on the phone and in person.
