Looked at doing investment properties with proof of cash liquidity to fund entire project. Potentially 10 mortgages with this bank over the next 3-5 years. Originally found Enterprise bank when looking to branch out to see if another bank can have competitive rates vs my normal big bank. Ended up getting declined via email, didn't have the guts to call me to let me know they were not interested in working together. Worst bank in omaha. Zero customer service.
They told me they only cash checks till 5pm. But on line it says they are open till 6pm. Told me to go to Walmart to get it cashed because I was not a customer even tho my check from work is from their bank. This is wrong.
Great cooperation between our Accounting firm and Enterprise Bank to get Cares Act loan submitted. I feel blessed they were so on top of this. Great job.
