This branch has excellent service, I worked with Shavaonna Davis on a complicated issue and she was extremely helpful and was able to take care of my problem. She was very courteous & helpful.
Not sure why the low ratings. The branch is excellent and caters to all my needs immediately and courteously. The transition from GS to Flagstar was seamless and this branch is great.
This branch is extremely terrible and difficult. I have gone twice already and they make leave really mad "unnecessary". I am not sure if it's staff knowledge or they just don't like to work or help people!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
I deal with this branch for over 2 decades The stuff are friendly& professional My experiences here have always been positive and the service is exceptionally good. Most of the time, I'm in and out without any problems.
Very unprofessional nasty people. They act as though they're doing you a favor by handling your banking. By far the worst bank manager and customer service ever.
