We cleared out our safety deposit box, closed out our accounts, and easily found better banking elsewhere... Thanks to the rudeness of Josh Bartee.
Today I remember why I closed all my accounts and left this bank. The contradictive, rude and small minded behavior of most employees isn't worth any customers time. Plenty of other options folks, don't bother.
