Came here for early renewal(only 4 months before my rewal date) of my mortgage but told me that system isn’t allowing. The financial assistant said come back next month. I tried another branch they did right away without any problem. They are misleading and don’t give the right information to customer. As i was paying more interest i want to renew earlier. But they didn’t allow me to do so.
We have a very good experience with this branch. customer supportive and good ambiance.
Totally grateful for all the help I’ve received from the team at Jefferson.
