Horrible customer service. It's crazy having to make an appt for everything. Thank goodness I don't bank here but unfortunately have been trying to access an account as I'm POA. 3 days of talking on the phone but not to the person at the branch. I'd give them -0 if I could.
Nothing but bad experiences and happy to be gone. Even that was a miserable experience. You go into the branch to do something, and they tell you to do it online, then you try doing it through the app and it says in person service only. It took me 6 months to close my account because they are now closed after office hours, AND are closed Saturdays, AND are closed Sundays. 9 years and nothing but good standing with this bank and they couldn't even reverse the service fees on my account that was unused for 6 months. Bye!
We've been extremely happy with the products and services of Assiniboine Credit Union.
Very disappointed with the merger of Assiniboine and Entegra credit unions. Was told eary on nothing would change. And here the branch I have dealt with is now closed. I have been a member as far back when it was Holy Ghost credit union. But the personal service always went with each change. I can stand the terrible service the St Marys branch offers. I refuse to go back in to that branch. Customers lined up to the door ,with only 2 or 3 tellers working a a snails pace. Bad.
I was with Entegra for over 15 years and was very happy. Never any issues, could speak with them when ever I needed to. Since being swallowed up by these clowns I have had regular and consistent issues with a variety of things. It has been an impersonal and frustrating nightmare. I will be removing my business from this institution as soon as possible. Very sad.
