My wife and I bought hearing aids from ENT Physicians in June and July 2019 for $6200 each for a total cost of $12,400. They both had to be replaced in Oct 2019 because they were defective. My wife was never satisfied with her hearing aids because the sound was not good even after multiple attempts to adjust them. My hearing aids stopped working. I took them in to be repaired. ENT Physicians ***** agrees this couple purchased hearing aids and the price listed back in June and July of 2019. We wish clarify the comment that the hearing aids were defective. The hearing aids themselves worked properly, the issue was with the charger provided by the manufacturer. Due to this charging problem and the fact that the hearings were essentially brand new, we replaced the both sets of hearing aids for the couple on October 25, 2019 at no cost to them. Both sets of hearing aids came with a three (3) manufactur... read more
