The lobby was nice, clean, and presentable. The greeting staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the bank refused to provide me with five 20’s in exchange for two 50’s. I literally just got the money out of their own ATM and obviously had to pay the $3.00 ATM fee. They stated that bank policy would not allow them to do the exchange. Unbelieveable. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
This credit union was conveniently located on my route so I could get some cash without paying fees. Credit Union co-ops are the jam.
