I injured my ankle really badly over the winter and have been struggling with the recovery process for months. After many doctors visits and various treatments a friend of mine recommended that I check out Ensele, so I booked an appointment with Lukasz and he was just amazing. I had a great experience at Ensele. The staff is Friendly, professional. I felt better the same day after using the light therapy on parts of my body that are under a lot of stress from the city (knees, lower back, upper shoulders). I can’t wait to go back and try the Metatron that will identify all of my issues and then fix them with the light therapy and brain spa. They also take my insurance which is amazing. So excited to explore this modality of healing further.
