Brock lead a L4 Oars course I took and he was great. He did a fantastic job at getting everyone comfortable and getting us hyped to push our limits and test out new skills. He’s top notch!
I had an amazing time at the Kayak & Flow this past weekend! The yoga was directly related to the areas you use during kayaking, and the water and views were stunning! I'm already planning another trip out with my coworkers, highly recommended!
We rented kayaks from eNRG Kayaking and had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly, gave us great advice on the best route, and even provided a quick refresher on the basics since it was our first time. Going up to the falls was easy, fun, and made the trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for a fun outdoor activity!
