Lee was friendly and enthusiastic and quickly customized the lesson to meet our paddling skill level. Also explained the different kayak shapes & paddle options for different conditions. We will be booking the next lesson soon! Great day on the water! Michelle & Rob Grove
I participated in a one-day paddling class put on by the Willamette River Keepers and eNRG Kayaking, sponsored by the Oregon Marine Board. I really enjoyed the class and I learned a some techniques for paddling in moving water. The instructors from eNRG were good at explaining and demonstrating things. A few of our group ended up in the water, and the guides responded very quickly and helped them get back into their boats. They even helped someone who was not part of the group. I would definitely recommend eNRG.
My son, girlfriend, and I went kayaking yesterday and as I got into my kayak, the water bottle I brought fell into the water and straight down. I thought, oh well, I’ll survive, but then I saw Cooper (I hope that’s who) on the dock and asked could he get me a bottle of water and I’d pay him when we got back. Sure enough he did and I did and it made me feel special. Concierge-level service. Good folks, feels homey and relaxed. Easy to arrange the reservation; friendly, professional, and helpful staff; and quality equipment. Exceeded my expectations.
Great place to explore Willamette Falls from! The instructors - Jacob and Bruce - are very knowledgeable, helpful, and take safety seriously. I felt very comfortable as an intermediate paddler learning the skills of paddling in swifter currents. They know the river well and are great guides.
