Significant changes in behavior, demeanor, eating habits, energy should elicit alarm bells within staff. Even when after I alert staff and Head of Nurshing with my concerns it took too long for additional care and steps to be taken to ensure patient health and safety. About 3 weeks ago I noticed my aunt hallucinating, this has never happened while I’ve known her. It was essentially blown off. Great staff Pleasant Asking if they could help find the person we were there to visit Made sure he was up and able to have a visitor. Let us know when he was ready and what room he was in. Very respectful of the patient.
