My mother is a high needs patient and hadn't seen a carer for 4 days with no contact from Enliven. We have been unable to get in contact with them, as calls go unanswered and through to voicemail. The resource planning team needs an overhaul! Carers themselves are great, but their management team need some work. This was remediated after an email was responded too within an hour. I would suggest emailing instead of calling...
