I’m so grateful for the care and support I received this summer! Working with Becca truly made a difference! Not only physically, but mentally too. She created such a comfortable, judgment free space and always explained everything in a way that made me feel confident! I left every session feeling stronger and more in tune with my body. Becca is absolutely fabulous! She speaks with a level of frankness, yet professionalism, that takes all of the embarrassment out of it. She really listens to your problems, and remembers you from session to session. She tailored every session and exercise to my specific needs. I feel so much better and have improvement in every problem area that I brought to her. I would recommend her 1000 times.
Becca takes her time and wants to hear all of the details about your pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. She’s a provider that looks at how the body and emotions are connected. Not only will you feel seen and heard as a patient, you will also get the best care with Becca!
I attended one of Becca’s Pelvic Floor Workshops at Moonbird Yoga, and I seriously thought that the $34 price tag was such a steal for all the info and tips and tricks and practical exercises and advice that she offers over the course of the 2 hours. Really insightful, and more importantly, she made the whole experience fun AND created a safe environment.
