I started working with Becca when I was about 4 months pregnant. Literally THE best human i could have chosen to help me through my journey! Rebecca is so easy to talk to and understanding-she makes you feel right at home as soon as your wall in the door. Her ability to make all the weird and awkward conversation topics seem totally normal is amazing. I have felt so much improvement since our sessions started and couldnt be more grateful! My only regret is not reaching out to her sooner post partum
Becca was simply wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised by how effective Plevic floor PT was in helping my low back/hip pain. Becca has such a vast wealth of knowledge that she is so eager to share. The sessions were centering and tailored 100% to my body's needs. Becca has an amazing way of giving exercises that are easy to incorporate into a busy, daily life that are simple and effective. Forever grateful that our paths crossed!

She is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and supported every single one of my concerns. I’m so grateful for her care and highly recommend her!
I wasn’t sure what to expect of this therapy but I found it surprisingly beneficial. The therapy itself was very gentle, with only slight sensations, however, afterwards I felt surprisingly “light”, both in my digestion as well as my pelvic floor space. Additionally, Becca did a wonderful job of explaining what each segment did and answered all of my questions and concerns.
