After having 7 kids in 10 years time (my last pregnancy being a set of twins) it’s safe to say my pelvic floor and core are in desperate need of help! Becca is an absolute delight of a human being and extremely knowledgeable of the female body. I went to her just as a precautionary postpartum visit and she was leaps and bounds more helpful and informative than my OB office.

The MOM core + floor workshop this morning was so fun and informative. I've been to a few of Becca's workouts and plenty of yoga sessions and I always leave loving the experience. She is so helpful and understanding. Highly recommend checking out any of her sessions in the future. She's so down to earth and experienced.
