Rebecca is AMAZING! I went in for constant leakage and prolapse after my second baby…ended up totally resolving that! Then unexpectedly worked on stress, tension and trauma from tearing, stitching and scarring - that was holding me back from being intimate & wearing tampons. & after all of that she formulated workouts to help me be able to jump again so that I can participate in my CrossFit workouts that I love! I ventured to Enlightened Pelvic Health with Becca initially because we were connected through our yoga community & I had learned of her expertise. Becca has been amazing! I came to her when I started having intense pelvic pain about half way through my pregnancy. Becca has made me feel comfortable for all of the appointments I’ve had so far and I has been very receptive when I’ve needed help outside of my appointment time. After seeing her, I started to feel better within a week of doing the exercises she suggested to me. I highly recommend seeing Becca for any of your pelvic floor needs!
Becca is amazing! I was referred to her after having my 5th baby. She was so understanding, relatable, gentle with my care. She made it very easy to be completely open with her. Her follow up texts and videos were super helpful! She is the 3rd specialist I’ve seen throughout all my postpartum experiences and I have to say she’s my favorite.
