I had shoulder pain and I was feeling quite stressed as well, so I decided to try Thai massage. It was a very nice and healing experience. Thai massage involves stretching and working on the sen lines which removes energy blockages and encourages emotional relief. I had a healing crisis the next day, I felt very emotional, but after two days I had a massive energy boost. It was amazing!
I used to come here weekly for reflexology when my long covid was really bad. It was amazing to feel relaxed and get a good sleep the night afterwards. It was the only time of the week I felt refreshed. I can't recommend it highly enough, give yourself a treat
I had terrible pain in my back ribs neck after suffering a viral infection Jodie suggested a half hour massage and half hour reflexology and I feel so so much better I can breathe again. Jodie was calming and educated me on what she was doing all the way through I will be back 100%
