The new manager has such a warm and welcoming presence, and having his sweet, friendly dog there is honestly the cherry on top! Definitely not a dud! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly works hard to make sure every customer has a five-star experience. The leadership there has always done a great job creating a positive and welcoming environment. Bummed by the experience. I came in specifically for The Step Sister strain and was hoping to pick up a couple ounces, but they didn’t have enough product available to complete the purchase. The bigger issue was the service experience. Dylan, who was scanning IDs, made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. Warning!!!Bought .5 cart Redemption Botanicals took two puffs and moved on with my evening came back and It didnt event had .3 in there. The entire cart looked full at first because it was laying flat once everything leveled off it look mostly empty. Definitely wont be buying it again.
