The new manager has such a warm and welcoming presence, and having his sweet, friendly dog there is honestly the cherry on top! Definitely not a dud! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly works hard to make sure every customer has a five-star experience. The leadership there has always done a great job creating a positive and welcoming environment. I love Revolution mt. prospect. I was told by a budtender 2 months ago they weren’t going to carry IC Collective anymore and Island brands. Well Island I could see ditching but IC Collective?? Come on, Ben and his seeds are fabulous. I kind of forgot about Revolution and just decided to check their menu this morning to see if they had anything good, and they have lots of IC Collective strains!! Bummed by the experience. I came in specifically for The Step Sister strain and was hoping to pick up a couple ounces, but they didn’t have enough product available to complete the purchase. The bigger issue was the service experience. Dylan, who was scanning IDs, made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. At one point, he said something along the lines of, “Yes, I’m the human that helps you place your order — the very overworked human,” which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This place has fallen off. Been coming here since they opened. No inventory on their own Brand live resin carts ever. Been like this for a year now. Customer service is wack. Came without my physical ID once and got harassed by an employee. Sunnyside in Buffalo grove or any of the Zen leaf near your location I would suggest.
