Like many businesses these days, this place is very efficient ( in my experience ) in getting you in and getting you out. Not much of a personal touch or “boutique-ing” like it used to be. I’m not trashing the place. Like I said they are very good and pleasant to be around , just not much else beyond the transaction. I will continue to patron their establishment.
This is the best dispensary in Illinois however, I recently emailed their team because of two products I got that I was not satisfied with and they still haven’t gotten back to me. However, the staff here is amazing every time I go there I’m treated like family. I really love this place. I just wish they’re corporate or customer service team could get back to me in a more timely manner about my issue with the products I received 10 out of 10 customer service at this place every time
Similar to Schaumburg's location, extremely rude and hostile for no reason, unprofessional, the employees spend more time speaking ill will of other companies, products, and customers in front of customers and delivery drivers from other companies. The lack of professionalism is appalling, how they treat customers is so distasteful that I encourage all shoppers stay away from Revolution's Schaumburg and Mount Prospect locations, you'll be happier without these locales in your lives. Never again!
I've been a med cann patient since December 2019. Even through several changes at this dispensary, albeit reconfiguration of the interior or ownership changes, I've always been able to get my cannabis with ease. The counselors are all so helpful & pleasant. Thanks so much.
