I went to the dispensary last week to pick up an online order that I had placed earlier that day. When I went to pay, the price was more than what I was quoted on the website when I placed my order. The budtender let me know that I had missed the happy hour. When I asked her where on the website did it mention happy hour. She did not know and went into the back to get her manager. Awesome dispensary inside is amazing they have the sun live res. I wanted and Shay was super helpful and knowledgeable.
I shop here often. All the employees I’ve interacted with have been very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Shay. She was not as nice and friendly as the others. I understand that people have bad days. She was not personable or friendly, like all the others I have interacted with there. The friendliness is why I choose to shop with you.
