I started seeing Ross after having my baby, and acupuncture has been such a lovely part of my postpartum journey. Each session gives me a chance to slow down, recharge and enjoy a little time for myself. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and more energised. Yesterday, I brought my mum to see him for muscle tension and a headache. She felt so much better afterward and said it was the best gift I could have given her! We’re both so glad we found Ross. I felt the improvement immediately after my first treatment. Ross clearly knows his stuff. My breathing improved, the tension in my neck and shoulders eased, and my hip already feels better. Professional, knowledgeable and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend.

Ross was very good at what he does , I had numbness in my arm for the last 3 months had trouble sleeping and in discomfort. Ross administered acupuncture cupping massage and red light therapy this has seemingly helped as it was my first good sleep for over 3 months . Would recommend ross highly for his services.
