Enkeboll products are truly splendid. HOWEVER, if you can, buy DIRECT from the company and stay away from the distributor "shopenkebolldesigns." Their service is deplorable—first, no acknowledgement of my order. Then missed delivery times (nearly two weeks late), no immediate response to missed delivery time (only a form email promising information that never came), THEN no responses to installation questions.
