Didn’t expect we as a buyer would have to perform the actual hands-on delivery by ourselves. Never been told at all. Only accept cash. Dodgy business. Update as of 20 July 2023 : Deliverer called up with terrible and demanding talking tone. Kept telling it wasn’t their fault to have an impression that as a customer we have to move the mattress. And told me the terms and conditions have been stated on the invoice, it was my problem for not reading it properly. Extremely poor service

Terrible unprofessional service! Pretend they can't speak English when there is a problem and obviously don't know their product. Just out to grab money and rip you off! One thing they are excellent and best at and that is lying!
