Enisa has shown me that she is empathetic, trustworthy, and offers the necessary guidance to deal with a bad situation. She has helped me find the strength within myself to make necessary hard choices, change for the better, and be aware of negative cycles which repeat due to my past. She makes use of worksheets in her process, which I find helps with structuring of my weeks and encourages me to be reflective in between sessions. I always look forward to my next session with Enisa :)
