smh got my 1st tattoo here in Richmond a few weeks ago...and it's the worse tattoo I've ever gotten! It looks a mess and did not heal properly..It began to scab immediately and looks infected. 😠 I knew something was wrong with it right away! I'm highly disappointed! It was overpriced and I will never go back! I'm planning to have an experienced artist cover this disaster IMMEDIATELY! UGH COMPLETE TRASH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! 👎👎👎🚮🚮🚮
Amazing work and fantastic “bedside manner” for my daughter. 😊 these guys are so friendly and talented. Thank you so much to Scott (for his amazing work on me) and to Freeman (who gave my daughter such a positive first tattoo experience)!! You guys are the best!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE- the man behind the counter needs to be retrained on how to interact and deal with customers he was extremely rude and very unprofessional and not welcoming, like he doesnt care one way or the other about getting my business. I've heard this on a review before just wish i would have listened and NEVER gone there!
