Be aware for sale work from Groupon for this spa. I bought 2 sections, get one done. I scheduled the 2nd one, showed up and the nurse was not there. (I drove 30 minutes to the appointment). One of office members said the nurse will call me the next day to reschedule. I have never received a call the next day. My friend bought 3 section coupon, she got one section done. She called multiple times to schedule the 2nd section but no one picked up the phone. She left message and no response. Not recommend!!!
Purchased a Groupon. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or schedule. Then scheduled online (even though they don’t even have something there for the Groupon to schedule) and they cancelled it. No one has even tried to help me schedule. Not sure they even want clients
Had a wonderful experience at the Enhancing Life Med Spa. Booked the Vitamin C Facial. I was impressed by the time & care that Shawn my aesthetician took with my treatment. Shawn was warm, welcoming & had a positive personality. My skin looked & felt great after the treatment. The reception area was clean, pretty & well organized. Purchased a Groupon to which I can’t get ahold of anyone to schedule. I missed one call and have called back 4 times on two different numbers to try and get it scheduled. I tried to email through website to which is said error. Seems like someone else had communication problems as well - will update if I ever hear back…
Very comfortable, relaxed spa like atmosphere and environment. I was handled with good care and my vegan teeth whitening session went perfectly. Very attentive and accommodating as well, with plenty of parking on site. Even left with a goodie bag for a healthy smile!
