Called in 2024 since they had done my grandsons tax returns since before 2019. Wanted to ask a quick question, receptionist very rude and said I would have to make an appointment, well I live in another city. Just wanted an answer before driving that far. No one ever called me back. From 2019-2023, there was so much missed that was not taken on deductions such as eligible college credits, student loan interest, applicable deductions for doordashing, and umpiring.
