My elderly father currently resides there. He has had a staff member get about 6 inches from his face, yelling at him, she has been rude and ignorant to him and other residents of the home. There has been meetings held, and the head woman I spoke with has told me that the woman is good at her job, just lacks professionalism and bedside manners, so they don't want to lose her. Enhanced living doesn't care about the welfare of their residents, so don't let your elderly loved one go to Enhanced living, they'll be abused.
I'm not a resident but have a family member there. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are bed / sitting room with private toilet and sink. Full shower facilities available with staff assistance if required. Building is quite new with clean and modern facilities. Highly recommended!
